Raffle Terms and Conditions

  1. Introduction
    These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the rules of participation in the raffle ("Raffle") organized by Escapade ("Organizer"). By entering the Raffle, each participant ("Entrant") agrees to be bound by these Terms.

  2. Eligibility

    • The Raffle is open to individuals who are 18 years or older and residents of the United States.

    • Employees, affiliates, partners, and family members of the Organizer are not eligible to participate.

  3. Entry Period

    • The Raffle begins on 10/04/2024 and ends when the Money Ball is filled.

    • All entries must be received by the Organizer before the closing to be eligible for the Raffle.

  4. How to Enter

    • To enter the Raffle, participants must complete a raffle ticket or sign up on the touchscreen.

    • Limit one entry per person. Any attempts to submit more entries than permitted will result in disqualification.

  5. Prizes

    • The prize consists of the total money available inside the ball once it has filled up.

    • The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternatives will be offered except at the discretion of the Organizer.

    • The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value if necessary.

  6. Winner Selection and Notification

    • The winner(s) will be selected at random from all eligible entries using a manual draw on the drawing date.

    • The winner(s) will be announced at the club on the drawing date and through other means. The winner has 24 hours to respond.

    • If the winner does not respond within 24 hours, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected.

  7. Claiming the Prize

    • The prize must be claimed within 7 days of notification.

    • The Organizer is not responsible for delays or lost communication.

    • The Organizer reserves the right to require proof of identity before awarding any prize.

  8. Disqualification

    • The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant who violates these Terms, tampers with the entry process, or engages in fraudulent behavior.

    • Automated entries, bulk entries, or third-party entries will be disqualified.

  9. Data Protection

    • Personal information provided by Entrants will be used for the purpose of administering the Raffle and in accordance with the Organizer’s privacy policy.

    • By participating in the Raffle, Entrants consent to their personal data being processed and stored as part of the raffle operations.

  10. Publicity

  • By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity efforts (e.g., announcements on social media, press releases) as requested by the Organizer.

  • The Organizer may use the winner’s name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

  1. Limitation of Liability

  • The Organizer will not be responsible for any damage, loss, or injury sustained by any Entrant as a result of entering the Raffle or accepting any prize.

  • The Organizer makes no warranties or representations about the quality, fitness, or condition of the prize awarded.

  1. Modification or Cancellation

  • The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Raffle if circumstances beyond its control make it impossible to continue the Raffle as planned.

  1. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Texas.
